Media Luncheon

Ten Japanese Fine Dining held a media luncheon on 14 Oct 2011 at the restaurant to strengthen media relations with the local press. A special “Media Personalities Lunch Menu” was put together for our media press guests.

Special guest chef at our media luncheon was world renowned "Iron Chef" Chef Hiroyuki Sakai. Chef Sakai is a well-known Japanese chef who specializes in French cuisine. Sakai is most famous for being the second, and last, Iron Chef French on the Japanese Iron Chef television show.

Ten Japanese fine dining provide the ultimate Japanese gastronomic experience. Our premise at Solaris Dutamas consists of a sushi bar counter and private rooms which can cater to all occasions including birthdays, anniversaries and corporate functions. We look forward to welcoming you.

Grand Opening

First launched on the Gold Coast, Australia, the award-winning Japanese Fine Dining restaurant “Ten” has now arrived in Malaysia.

Ten Japanese Fine Dining at Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur was officially opened by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed and his wife Dr Siti Hasmah Moahamed Ali on the 13th of Oct 2011.

Ten, meaning “Heaven” in Japanese offers delectable fusion of Japanese and French cuisines. Ten highly acclaimed chefs, Hiroshi Miura and Atsuchi Nishibuchi have cooked at some of Japan's and Australia's finest Japanese restaurants. Both chefs personally select and source the finest ingredients for each dish to ensure uncompromising freshness, quality and taste.

Our Supreme Ten Kaiseki Course, which comprises 8 course degustation menu is a great way to savor our Chefs’ culinary skills. For sushi lovers, you can opt for Ten 6 course degustation menu. We also have a variety of dishes available on our A La Carte menu.
